Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to UnitFlow's website, platform dashboard, ERP runtime, billing, and related services.

Owner and Operator

UnitFlow is owned by SYNC SPECTRUM TECHNOLOGIES and operated through its sub-company Edixity for manufacturing ERP, billing, onboarding, and customer support.

Use of Services

You must use UnitFlow lawfully, keep account credentials confidential, and must not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform, ERP runtime, APIs, or customer data.

Subscriptions and Access

Monthly and yearly plans are prepaid SaaS subscriptions. ERP access, seats, devices, and features are controlled by the active plan, renewal date, and applicable tenant limits.

Payments

Payments are processed through authorized payment infrastructure including Razorpay. Successful payment does not bypass backend verification; access is activated only after server-side payment validation.

User Data

Customers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of business data entered into UnitFlow. We may process this data only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Restricted Use

You must not use UnitFlow for unlawful, prohibited, fraudulent, high-risk, or restricted activities under applicable law, payment network rules, or Razorpay policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnitFlow, SYNC SPECTRUM TECHNOLOGIES, and Edixity are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product, law, or payment requirements evolve. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
